Red Cat Adventures is the 2018 and 2019 National GOLD Winner for Australia’s Best Major Tour and Transport Operator. The Australian owned charter boat company provides exceptional tours around the Whitsunday Islands and to Whitehaven Beach from Airlie Beach. The team at Red Cats are proud to be awarded the Climate Action Leaders certification, May 2019. The accreditation is the highest level of ECO standards awarded in Australia. We are the only Charter boat tourism business in the Whitsundays to be honoured with the certification.

Thundercat Whitsundays 1 Day Tour

Thundercat offers an exhilarating ride around the Whitsunday Islands all in one day. The 2018 and 2019 Australian GOLD award winning tour visits the world-famous Whitehaven Beach, Hill Inlet lookout and offers 2 snorkelling opportunities on the fringing Great Barrier Reef. Thundercat is one of the fastest catamaran in the Whitsundays and has been designed for stability and speed so it’s perfect for passengers who are concerned about seasickness. The all-inclusive package departs from Airlie Beach and is suitable for families, couples and groups wanting to experience once in a lifetime moments. Thundercat is proud to be accredited as a Climate Action Leading tour. This is the highest level of ECO certification offered in Australia.

Day Sailing Tour

This all-inclusive day tour will take you off the beaten track to some of the Whitsunday Islands’ secret spots, where you will encounter the most incredible range of tropical fish, colourful coral and witness the wonders of the Great Barrier Reef from above and below the surface.

Relax on the large comfortable deck, enjoy spacious seating, chilled tunes and spectacular scenery. Our experienced crew will provide history and ECO talks about the reefs and the beautiful islands. Includes snorkel gear and stinger suit. BYO alcohol, we provide the ice

Overnight Sailing Tour

Tongarra offers a 2-day 2-night social sailing experience that’s perfect for the young, fun and adventurous backpacker. The all-inclusive package visits the best destinations in the Whitsundays including Whitehaven Beach, Hill Inlet Lookout and snorkelling at pristine locations on the fringing Great Barrier Reef. The experienced crew are handpicked for their knowledgeable and friendly attitude and happily prepare top-quality fresh meals on the BBQ. Guests can also enjoy a banana boat ride for an added adrenaline rush and adventure with friends.

Falls to Paradise; Waterfall Tour

Falls to Paradise is an all-inclusive day tour exploring Cedar Creek Falls and the oceanfront Coral Sea Resort. Guests can swim with turtles at the majestic waterfalls, surrounded by tropical flora and fauna. Enjoy the guided walks to the top for great ‘insta’ views. Follow this with a chill-out session around our the oceanfront resort pool, where you can enjoy a delicious cocktail or two on the floating beanbags and lunch at the restaurant, The Rocks. Our family-operated adventure company offers a wide range of tours and activities, including overnight stays onboard our sturdy Tongarra sailing vessel, snorkelling, and whale watching.

We can create the perfect experience for exclusive private charters, skippered charters, birthdays, hens, bucks, weddings and events. We cater to all and private exclusive use of Paradise Cove Resort.

"We took the kids on the Whitehaven/snorkelling adventure with Red Cat and they throughly enjoyed it. It was their first time snorkelling and loved it, feeding the big fishing, seeing the coral and just the underwater world. Then the breathtaking view of Whitehaven, just magnificent and postcard views. We swam at Whitehaven and the water was beautiful and clear. The sand snow white and the weather was perfect. Our crew - Cameron & Ryan were fantastic. They were great hosts knowledgable and looked after us well. Lunch was yummy.
